A limited prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur for speedy disposal of the eviction application filed in the year 2019. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is at the stage of final arguments before the Tribunal, but for one reason or another, the same could not be finalized, so appropriate directions be issued to the Tribunal to decide the pending application expeditiously, as early as possible. 3.
