Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. L. Gupta, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2/ Assam Electronic Development Corporation Limited (AMTRON). 2. The petitioner was issued a Work Order for repairing and renovation works (Civil & Sanitary) at District Computer Centre, Jorhat District on 09.08.2019 for an approximate amount of Rs. 8,40,705/- by the DGM and I/c DCC. Another Work Order for electrical renovation works at District Computer Centre, Sivasagar for an amount of Rs.5,31,879/- on 26.08.2019 was issued to the petitioner by the DGM and I/c DCC. The petitioner was again issued a Work Order for electrical renovation works at District Computer Centre, Jorhat for an amount of Rs.5,01,160/- on 12.09.2019 by the DGM and I/c DCC. Further, the petitioner was also issued a Work Order for renovation electrical works at District Computer Centre, Karbi Anglong district, Diphu for an amount of Rs. 6,21,723/- on 21.03.2020 by the DGM and I/c DCC. The petitioner accordingly completed all the works against the 4(four) separate work orders. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the Work Orders dated 09.08.2019, 26.08.2019 and 12.09.2019, the bill has already been paid to the petitioner. However, the security deposit of 10% is yet to be released to the petitioner. It is also submitted that against the Work Order dated 21.03.2020, the bill is yet to be paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, there is an outstanding due amounting to Rs.7,36,445/- to the petitioner by the respondents. Page No.# 3/3 4. Mr. K. L. Gupta, learned standing counsel, AMTRON on instructions submits that the amount of Rs.7,36,445/- is an admitted amount and accordingly submits that the respondents may be given sufficient time to pay the said amount to the petitioner. 5. Recording the submission made by Mr. K. L. Gupta, learned standing counsel, AMTRON, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the undisputed bills amounting to Rs. 7,36,445/- to the petitioner within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a certified true copy of the order of this Court. 6.
