Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity' [the BNSS'), on behalf of petitioner/A7 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.380 of 2023 on the file of I Town Police Station, Ongole for the 6ffences under Sections 420, 467,468, 471 read with 34 of IPC. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner -herein along with others created fabricated documents and submitted in the Sub-RegistrarJs office for registration as genuine documents by forging the signatures of revenue officials and health officer. Basing on the report given by the Joint sub-Registrar, Ongole, the present crime has been registered against the petitioner and others. 3. Learned counsel for the pet.itioner would submit that batch of crimes have been registered against the petitioner based on the confessional statement of the co-accused and no other incriminating material is available against the petitioner. He would further submit that the pet-ltioner is falsely 'lmplicated the present crime and he did not commit any offence as alleged in the complaint. I 4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused created the fabricated documents (. fey forging the signatures of the revenue 'officials and health officer and the \gr _-_ 2= I same were pleaded to be ge.nuine. He would further submit that the petitioner Its involved in as many as 40 crimes and the investigation I'S Pending. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record. 6. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that I'n all the Gas.eS, Wherein, the petitioner was shown as accused, this Court in Crl.P.No.,3806 of 2025 and batch granted anticipatory bail by order, dated 30.04.2025. A copy of the order is placed before this court. The same I-S not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. sl'nce the allegations leveled in all the crimes against the petitioner are one and the same`and having considered the submI-SSiOnS made by both the counsel, this Court l's inclined to allow the present criminal petition by following the order, dated 30.04.2025 made in CrI.P.No.3806 of 2025 and batch. 7. Accordin-gly, the CrI'minaI Petition I-s allowed and the respondent police is directed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime-No.380 of 2023 on the fl:le of I Town Police Station, ongole, Prakasam_ District on his executing a personal bond for a sum of I Rs.10,000/-with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting poll-c-e officials and also on condition that the petitl-oner shall make himself available for investl'gation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution wI-tneSSeS. + =E= + The petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned everyday between 10.OO a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet, except on those days, where he has to attend the Court.
