Counsel for the Petitioner submits that it was due to an inadvertent error that the date given in the order dated 19th May, 2025 as 31st July, 2025 for filing of the appeal did not come to the notice of the Petitioner. 4. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the present application, the same is allowed.
