I have considered the grounds assigned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and I do not find that there are substantial grounds to justify for condoning such delay. As such, I also do not find any substance in the other connected application(s) which has also been preferred in connection with the revisional application which was disposed of on 03.03.2023. 2 Since the application for condonation of delay is dismissed, all other connected applications which have been filed are deemed to have been dismissed. As such, no interference is made in respect of the orders passed in the main revisional application. Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2024 is dismissed. Connected application(s), if any, is also dismissed.
