Justice Narayanan Nadar Paul Vasanthakumar, former Chief Justice of the High court of Jammu and Kashmir, is appointed aS an Arbitrator, who Shall enter upon the reference and adjudicate upon the disputes arising out of and 'ln connection with the DAGPA, dated 10.ll.2015, and render the Award within the Statutory Period.
