The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit and the same ended in his favour and now she prays for the removal of the flex board erected on the petitioner’s property bearing Survey No. 193/1A. 3. This Court is of the view that such a prayer cannot be entertained and the petitioner is having remedy to file an Execution Petition to execute the judgment passed in the suit.
