Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to revise and grant the pension amount to the petitioner for the period spanning from 31.10.2018 to 20.03.2021 in accordance with legitimate entitlements and applicable statutory provisions, including all arrears, allowances, and other consequential benefits that may have accrued." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. Finance Controller, Uttar Pradesh Police Head Quarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
