Neutral Citation No. (2025:JHHC:28367) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 6177 of 2025 Vicky Kumar @ Vickey Kumar, aged about 27 years, son of late Bhagirath Mandal, resident of village- Chalkari Kala, P.O.- Atka, P.S.- Bishnugarh, District- Hazaribag, State-Jharkhand … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sanat Kr. Jha, A.P.P. --- 03/16.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309, 127(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned J. M., 1st Class, Hazaribag. In the night of 19.05.2025, the informant was waylaid by unknown persons near Satgadwa, Bishnugarh. The miscreants looted his camera, mobile phone and other articles. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned J. M., 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor, in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
