The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Daya Shankar Pandey @ Daya Shankar with the prayers to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding as well as charge sheet dated 07.09.2023 and cognizance along with summoning order dated 25.07.2023 passed by Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Room No.2, Varanasi in Special Session Trial No. 520 of 2023 (State Vs. Daya Shankar Pandey and others) in Case Crime No. 483 of 2018, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Mauaima (U.P. Vigilance Establishment), District Allahabad/Prayagraj, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Allahabad and with a further prayer to stay the further proceeding of the aforesaid case. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition. 5.
