PP submits that the case has been committed in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar. Considered the submissions. In view of the above situation, the present bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, North Tripura, dealing with the case, to dispose of the petition of the Investigating Officer for said custodial trial of the present accused expeditiously and positively by January, 2026 itself.
