At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Collector and the Collector concerned in turn may be directed to dispose the said application of the petitioner within stipulated time. 3. The prayer of the petitioner has not been opposed by the learned State counsel. 4. Accordingly it is directed in case the petitioner files an application/representation before the concerned Collector, the Collector concerned shall decide the same within a period of four weeks as according to petitioner earlier also he has orally made a complaint before the Collector, in which notices have already been issued. 5.
