REVENUE Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE THE HON’BLE MR JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY O R D E R 11.09.2025 The grievance of the petitioner is that an appeal preferred before the District Commissioner, Sonitpur against an order dated 22.10.2024 is pending for disposal since 28.10.2024. Ms. M Barman, learned State counsel representing the District Commissioner has obtained instruction to the effect that the matter has duly been heard and lastly it was heard on 10.09.2025 and the contesting parties were also present on the said date. The next date is fixed on 25.10.2025 for production of certain documents. In view of the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of this court, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present case. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue the appeal before the District Commissioner, Sonitpur.
