The present petition has been filed in the nature of Habeas Corpus Writ Petition to direct the respondent no.2 to produce petitioner no.1 (Corpus) and further directing the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 to release petitioner no.1 (Corpus) from their illegal detention. 3. In pursuance to the earlier directions, corpus herself put her appearance before the court and after receiving her statement it is clear that there is hardly any case of illegal detention carried out over the corpus rather, she has been compelled to leave the residence of her husband due to certain atrocities carried out by the him and at present she is residing with her sister and leading her peaceful life. 4. After having the statement of corpus herself, there is hardly any case of illegal detention as mentioned in the petition and as such the same is hereby dismissed.
