With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself. The grievance of the petitioner is that the demand notice raised by him is not being dealt with diligently by the concerned officer.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the

2025:HHC:21507 direction that let the demand notice that has been raised by the petitioner, i.e. Annexure P-1, dated 12.04.2025, be taken to its logical conclusion by the Authorities as envisaged in the Statute itself and disposal thereof be not unnecessarily delayed. Let needful by the authority be done on or before 31.08.2025. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation as far as merit of the issue is concerned. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
