Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vaibhav Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents submitted that self assessment report of the Assistant Teachers has been sent to the District Inspector of Schools, Kannauj and on the said report, the District Inspector of Schools, Kannauj shall pass an order at the earliest. The report which has been placed before this Court during the argument is taken on record. 3. Sri Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners has not contradicted the facts as stated by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State- respondents. 4. Taking into consideration of the report which has been placed before this Court, I am of the view that the District Inspector of Schools, Kannauj is directed to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law in the light of the said report within eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
