The defendants are dragging the matter on one pretext or the other. The suit is of the year 2016. Hence, he seeks for a direction to the Trial Court for early disposal of the suit. 5. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, not later than six months from - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:463 WP No. 7905 of 2024 the date of receipt of copy of this order.
