Borthakur, learned counsels for the applicant. This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as well as under Section 151 CPC praying for modifying/altering/clarifying the Order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this court in CRP (I/O) No. 138/2025. In the said order, it was mentioned that the petitioners, who are connected with the Title Suit No. 06/2022 and Title Suit No. 07/2022 are being evicted from their rooms, have claimed that they are still in possession. Therefore, it is hereby directed that the petitioners connected with the Title Suit No. 06/2022 and Title Suit No. 07/2022 shall not be evicted from their rooms.
