No representation for the petitioner. 03. In continuation of the docket order dated 26.12.2024, Ms.C.Indrani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services- II on behalf of Sri.Kocharla Kota Ramalingeswara Rao, submitted that the petitioner is drawing full pension. She placed on record the 2 C.C(AT) No.69 of 2023 copy of written instruction of the Additional Transport Commissioner, Vijayawada vide Lr.No.8493/T2/2011 dated 18.10.2024 reporting that the Government, in obedience to the order of APAT dated 06.09.2016 in OA.No.2284 of 2013, decided to withdraw the penalty imposed against the petitioner and issued necessary orders vide GORt No.308, T, R&B(Vig.III.2) Dept., dated 09.10.2024. 04. Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
