Chauhan, learned counsel for thepetitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Injamul Haque, praying for condoning the delay of 9(nine) Page No.# 2/2 days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition whereby the applicant is intending to impugn the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Udalguri in Udalguri P.S. Case No. 116/2024. 3. Considering the fact that only 9(nine) days of delay has been caused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor raises no objection to the said petition. 4. Considering the cause shown by the petitioner in the application for causing delay and treating the same to be sufficient cause, the prayer for condoning the delay of 9(nine) days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition is hereby allowed and the delay of 9(nine) days is hereby condoned. 5. The Registry is directed to register the connected criminal revision petition and list the same for admission on a date to be fixed by it. 6.
