App. No.50 of 2025 along with C.O.(FA) No.09 of 2025. Heard. Claimants No.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw as per procedure. In so far as the proportionate share of claimants No.3 and 4 are concerned, they being minors, the respective amounts be deposited with a Nationalized Bank e.g. UCO Bank High Court Branch, till they attain majority. It is open for the respondent-claimants Nos.3 and 4 that once they attain majority, they are permitted to move this Court for seeking appropriate order of withdrawal as per procedure.
