In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to conduct Survey, Phodi and Durast of the schedule property as directed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5809 of 2022 (Annexure-C). 3. Heard Sri. Pancham R.D., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parities and on perusal of the order dated 23rd March, 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5809 of 2022, the same would indicate that, this Court at paragraph 4 of the aforesaid - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19945 WP NO.6684 OF 2025 order, had observed that the petitioner shall file an application through online to the jurisdictional Tahsildar, seeking Phodi and Durast in respect of the schedule land. In this regard, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the online application has been already filed, seeking Survey, Phodi and Durast in respect of the subject land. In that view of the matter, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. With this observation writ petition stands disposed of. SD/- (E.S.
