Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No.13172 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 47(a), 52(d), 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi. On 07.04.2025, 285 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2025. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi, in connection with Complaint Case No.13172 of 2025.
