JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER 04.09.2025 By this application, the petitioner has prayed for another relief that he may be allowed some more time to appear before the Investigating Officer and he has prayed for extension of a further period of 5 (five) days from expiry of the 7 (seven) days as ordered in the Order dated 28.08.2025. Ms. S.G. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is stationed in Sribhumi and because of the incorrect name in the original petition, a clarification petition had to be filed and as such, the same took time and the petitioner could not appear within the time stipulated in the Order and has prayed for further extension. Prayer is allowed. The petitioner should appear before the Investigating Officer within 5 (five) days from today, i.e., 04.09.2025 and should comply with the rest of the conditions mentioned in the bail Order dated 28.08.2025 passed in AB No. 1767/2025.
