ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondents in issuing the proceedings vide Ref:Case No.A/508/2024 dated 03.05.2025 under the guise of cancellation of the irregular entries made in webland portal of Rangasamudram Revenue Village and for restoration and protection of the watercourse poramboke trying to cancel the D.K.T. Patta No.104 of 1419 dated 28.07.2010 of an extent of Ac.02.09 Cents in Sy.No.227/2 of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa District granted infavour of the Petitioner and thereby interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, without authority, null and void, violation of principles of natural justice and also contrary to Article 14 of Constitution of India and to set-aside the Proceedings vide Ref:Case No.A/508/2024 dated 03.05.2025 issued by the respondent No.4 by consequently directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in any manner with regard to petitioner’s property admeasuring to an extent of Ac.02.09 Cents in Sy.No.227/2 of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa District in the interest of justice and pass such other
order.”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.02.09 cents in Sy.No.227/2 of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa District

was allotted to the petitioner through D.K.T. patta dated 28.07.2010. The name of the petitioner was also mutated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook was also issued in favour of the petitioner. Since then, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. While things stood thus, the 4th respondent issued notice dated 03.05.2025 to the petitioner. The petitioner submitted reply dated 09.05.2025 enclosing the D.K.T. Patta. But still, the respondents are trying to allot the petitioner’s subject property to some third parties. Hence, the Writ Petition.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that since the petitioner submitted his reply dated 09.05.2025, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider the reply dated 09.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by all the parties concerned in respect of the subject property.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
