The petitioner has filed a stay application along with memo of revision which is pending before the Deputy Director of Consolidation registered as Revision No. 320 of 2024 (Chhedi Lal Vs Madan Gopal and another). The application for interim relief has not been decided till date. Taking advantage of lack of interim protection the private respondents are altering the nature of the property and are raising constructions on the same. Considering the urgency of the matter and the prima facie injury to the rights of the petitioner, interest of justice will be served by directing the revising authority to execute the following directions: I. The parties are directed to maintain status quo till the decision of the stay application. II. The revising authority shall decide the stay application in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. III. The revising authority shall hear all necessary parties before passing any order. IV. The revising authority shall not be influenced by any observation made in this order or interim relief granted by this Court and shall decide the stay application independently.
