Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3. Material on record would go to show that petitioner was already granted regular bail in the present case and the same is reflected in the order sheet of the trial Court in C.C.No.3308/2024 produced by learned Counsel for the petitioner. Even in the body of the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.965/2024, wherein the anticipatory - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13986 CRL.P No. 3187 of 2025 bail filed by the petitioner was rejected, there is an observation that petitioner was granted regular bail in the present case and therefore, his bail application under Section 482 of BNSS 2023 cannot be maintained.
