For the State : Mr. Saket Kumar, A.P.P. .... 03/25.07.2025 1. The applicant who is in custody since 17.02.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.146 of 2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No.24 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.277 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 302/ 201 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on 15.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.7112 of 2024. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that out of eight charge sheeted witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant, at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again. 6.
