ORDER Date : 27.01.2025 Heard Mr. B.Chakravarty, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N.J.Khataniar, learned counsel for the Elementary Education Department and Ms. R.M.Barooah, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 5. Mr. B.Chakravarty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is covered by the Judgment and Order dated 23.07.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP (C) No.6189/2018 and other connected writ petitions. He submits that by way of the above Judgment and Order, the present writ petition is dismissed inasmuch as, the petitioners’ similar claim for payment of Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- instead of Rs.7400/- has been rejected. In view of the fact that the present case is covered by the Judgment and
Order passed in WP (C) 6189/2018, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
