JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 22.09.2025 This is an application filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 02.05.2025 passed in WP(C) No. Page No.# 2/2 1166/2025 whereby this Court directed the Respondent Authorities to pay an amount of Rs. 10,54,302/- to the petitioner within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the said order. 2. It is seen that no receipt has been enclosed to show, as to when, the certified copy of the order dated 02.05.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 1166/2025 was served upon the respondents. 3. Taking into account the above, this Court is of the opinion that the present contempt proceeding is premature, for which, the same stands closed. 4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve certified copy of the order dated 02.05.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 1166/2025 upon the respondents and then approach this Court after the stipulated period is over, if the need so arises.
