Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of all the respondents. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have indicated that although the F.I.R. No.305 of 2025, under Sections 642(m), 69, 61(2), 308(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Wajeerganj, District Lucknow has been lodged against Shri Atiqul Rehman and Shri Mohd. Afsar and the petitioners being the family members of Shri Atiqul Rehman, it is they who are being harassed by the respondent-authorities in relation to the aforesaid F.I.R. 3. However, learned A.G.A. states on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Satish Chand Mishra, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Wazeerganj, District Lucknow dated 03.12.2025 that there is no F.I.R. which has been lodged against the petitioners and the petitioners are not being harassed in any manner. 4.
