Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), FTC,(WO) Faizabad/Ayodhya to decide the Case No.300 of 2024 (State vs. Shahnawaz Alam) arising out of case crime no.30 of 2020 under sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station mahila thana, District Ayodhya/Faizabad expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), FTC, (WO), Faizabad/Ayodhya pending before him/her, expeditiously in accordance with law after giving adequate opportunities to both the parties concerned expeditiously from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
