Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Bahraich, learned counsel for the State and perused the records. The present writ petition has been filed with the following main relief :- "(i)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opp. parties, to consider / call for interview/verification of the petitioners form.s / educational documents for selection of the post of E.C.C.E. Educator, upon the located Anganwadi centre / Balwatika class, in the Pre-Primary & composite School in the District Bahraich, which is order / advertised by the opp. parties through Jem Portal/ District Employment office,s on dated 07-07-2025 on the basis of Government order 83 (81)/2025/1/1006319/2025-68-5099/178/ 2024 dated 27-06-2024." Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have not been considered for counselling and that is an arbitrary act of the opposite parties. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no.3/Zila Adhikari (Adhyaksh Samiti of E.C.C.E Eductor) District-Bahraich, to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 10-11-2025 within stipulated Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Pheran Dwivedi, Subhash Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kumar Ayush Smt. Shashi Devi And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Basic Siksha Basic Education Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) period of time, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Learned counsels for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the opposite party no. 3/Zila Adhikari (Adhyaksh Samiti of E.C.C.E Eductor) District-Bahraich, is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 10-11-2025 within the period of six week from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him considering the government order dated 27-06-2024. The decision taken, shall be communicated by the opposite party no. 3 to the petitioners immediately. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
