Petitioner, who is accused No.13 in Crime No.118/2024 registered by High Grounds Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 149 of IPC and Section 13(1) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, has filed this petition under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to relax condition No.(e) imposed by this Court while granting bail to him in Crime No.387/2025 disposed off on 04.02.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a permanent resident of Telangana State and condition No.(e) has been causing untold hardship to him and accordingly, he prays to relax the said condition. 3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor fairly does not oppose the prayer made in the petition. 4. Condition No.(e) imposed in Crl.P.No.387/2025 disposed off on 04.02.2025, reads as follows:- "e) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of the said - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10307 CRL.P No. 3217 of 2025 Court until the case registered against him is disposed off." 5. Considering the submissions made on both sides, I am of the opinion that the prayer made in the petition needs to be granted. Accordingly, the following order:- 6. The petition is allowed.
