Respondent No.2 has filed an application for disposal of the contempt application alongwith counter affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has submitted that after expiry of 11 months period the contract/ agreement was not renewed in favour of the applicant as per Clauses 5 and 6 of the agreement entered into between the parties. 3. It is further submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by writ Court till date no fresh tender has been finalized or given to anyone pertaining to the shop which was given to the applicant. 4. It is further submitted that by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 that the shop will not be allocated to anyone through tender or otherwise till disposal of the writ petition or vacation of the interim order dated 30.09.2025. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 6. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged. December 8, 2025 S.
