[2025:RJ-JP:20721] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7525/2025 Monu Dhayal Wife of Shri Naveen Kumar, Aged About 36 Years, Resident Of Ward No. 13, Jhunjhunu, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus 1. Director, Directorate Of Animal Husbandry, Department Of Animal Husbandry, Jaipur. 2. Secretary, Department Of Animal Husbandry, Secretariat, Jaipur. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Tejaswi Sharma For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 16/05/2025 1. Under the list of transfers of Live Stock Assistant dated 13.01.2025, petitioner has been transferred from Government Animal Hospital Bakara Jhunjhunu to Government Animal Hospital Togada Kalan, Jhunjhunu vice one Namil Meel. 2. Petitioner challenged her transfer order before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, which has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 10.03.2025 observing that the petitioner has been transferred only at a distance of 35 KM, within District Jhunjhunu, however, the Tribunal granted liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondents to raise her family adversities, if any. [2025:RJ-JP:20721] (2 of 2) [CW-7525/2025] 3. This Court finds, at the outset, that the petitioner did not implead Namil Meel as party to the appeal as also in the writ petition, hence, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed on this count alone. Otherwise also, it is shocking for the Court that against a transfer order of only 35 KM away, petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court. Such practice of petitioner is highly deprecated. 4. However, counsel for petitioner, having instructions from the petitioner, does not want to press the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 5. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. A copy of this order be sent in the office of respondents. (SUDESH BANSAL),J NITIN /9
