This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the accused petitioner namely, Saiful Islam, has prayed for bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 533/2025, under Section 179/2018 of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an FIR dated 22.06.2025. The alleged offence pertain to paddling of fake currency notes. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a report dated 16.09.2025 has been received from the I/O which reflects that upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted on 16.09.2025. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that another co- accused has already been granted bail by this Court. 6. Nevertheless, in view of completion of investigation and the petitioner is in under trial detention since 24.06.2025, he can be released on bail at this stage, subject to conditions. 7. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 533/2025, under Section 179/2018 of BNS, 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court. 8. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the petitioner shall be available for trial; and (b) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. Page No.# 3/3 9. Violation or breach of any condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail. 10. With the above observations, this bail petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
