Vakalatnama filed by Sri Vaibhav Shukla, Advocate, is taken on record. 2. The alleged detenue has been brought before this Court by Sri Jang Bahadur Pandey, SHO Maholi, District Sitapur. 3. Sri Prem Prakash, husband of the alleged detenue Muskan Devi who has filed the present petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking custody of Muskan Devi, present before this Court has been identified by Sri Rajendra Prasad, Advocate. 4. Alleged detenue Muskan Devi brought before this Court in terms of the order dated 24.11.2025 has been identified by Sri Vaibhav Shukla, Advocate, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 4 and the alleged detenue. 5. On being asked from the alleged detenue, she stated that she on her own volition is living in her paternal house and she does not want to accompany Prem Prakash. 6. It is to be noted that draft of Rs.35,000/- has been provided by Prem Prakash before this Court to the alleged detenue Muskan Devi. 7. Considering the statement of alleged detenue Muskan Devi before this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manoj Kumar Verma, Govind Kumar, Rahul Kumar Singh, Rajendra Prasad Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Lko And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Court, this Court is not inclined to issue the writ as prayed in the present petition. 8. Accordingly the present petition is dismissed. 9.
