Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 6, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.7. 2. Petition has been filed challenging provision to the extent stating restoration period of 15 years in the U.P. Civil Pension (Commutation) Rules 1941 as amended by Government Orders and seeking restoration of the commuted pension after expiry of 10 years 11 months or at best 11 years instead of 15 years as provided in the relevant Government Orders. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the case of the petitioner(s) is squarely covered by judgment of this Court in WRIT - A No. - 5617 of 2024 (Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava And Others v. State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Finance Lko 3 Others) and other connected matters decided on 28.05.2025. 4. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before concerned authority. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided in the light of judgment rendered in WRIT - A No.- 5617 of 2024 (Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava And Others v. State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Finance Lko 3 Others) within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
