This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in not taking any action on the representation dated

13.02.2025 and 24.02.2025 and the report dated 31.01.2025 as Arbitrary, illegal, unjust, unreasonable, Violative Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th and 5th Respondents to adhere to procedure contemplated under law in dealing with the aforementioned report.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Dilip Jayaram, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are not taking any action on the complaint given by her and hence, a direction may be given to the Police to take action on the complaint given by the Petitioner.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case has been registered by the Police.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
