This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.12.2024, in Case Crime No. 733 of 2024, under Sections 316(2), 352, 351(3) and 318(4) BNS, 2023, Police Station Atrauli, District Aligarh. 3. Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet dated 30.12.2024 (C.D. No. 5) has been submitted against the petitioner no. 1-Khacher Singh whereas other two petitioners, namely, petitioner no. 2-Ram Khiladi and petitioner no. 3-Ashok Kumar have been exonerated in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
