GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 02.09.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A for the State respondent. [2] The petitioner who is a Sub-Contractor approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.07.2025 submitted by him to the Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur and Secretary/Commissioner, Minor Irrigation Department, Government of Manipur for taking up certain action in respect of misappropriation of funds for the construction of R.L.I. Scheme at Maibam Konjil Pt-I. [3] By the representation, the petitioner prayed for recovery of misappropriated funds and taking up criminal proceeding and it is submitted that the representation is pending with the authority. [4] It is submitted that the only prayer made in the representation is for disposal of the pending representation and the writ petition may be disposed of at this stage by directing the respondents to pass a speaking order to the pending representation. [5] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent, has no objection in disposing the representation at this stage by passing an innocuous order. [6] Recording the submissions made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and pass a speaking order to the pending representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
