Application No.IA/1/25) This is an application for recall of order dated 11.11.2025 passed by this Court whereby on the non-appearance of the respondent, non-bailable warrant was issued against the respondent. The cause shown in the affidavit filed alongwith the application is satisfactory. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the aforesaid application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The order dated 11.11.2025 is recalled. (Order on contempt application) Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in compliance of judgement and order passed by the writ court the decision has been taken on the representation of the applicant/ petitioner by passing order dated 01.12.2025, copy of the same has been produced during course of argument, which is taken on record and photocopy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
