Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0030 of 2021 under section 376-DA IPC, P.S. Bhadokhar, District Rae Bareli. 3. It is argued that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 08.10.2025 under sections 328, 363, 366, 376D, 346, 323 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act. Subsequently, vide fresh order, the bail of the applicant was rejected under section 376DA also. 4. As the applicant was earlier granted bail, thus, adopting the same reasoning, he is also enlarged on bail in the newly added section also. The bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Lal Vishwakarma be released on bail in the newly added section of the aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number on the same terms and conditions. The personal bond directed in the earlier order shall be valid in the present case also.
