Heard Sri Shobh Nath Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Alok Srivastava, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. and Sri Mohan Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party no. 5-Gaon Sabha. 2. By means of the instant writ petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on land bearing gata no. 418 measuring 0.038 Hec., gata no. 417 measuring 0.061 hec. and gata no. 326 measuring 0.76 hec., gata no. 325ka measuring 0.1000 hec. situated in village Samantha, Pargana Amsin, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Tehsildar, Sadar, Ayodhya, the learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court that there is no encroachment on lands bearing gata no. 418 and 417. Some encroachment is there on land bearing gatas no. 325 and 326, regarding removal of which proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been instituted. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by directing Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shobh Nath Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Mohan Singh Avdhesh Kumar Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
