Ms. Leena Guleria, Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher at GSSS Sarni, District Mandi. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, stated to be hard area, he preferred a representation on 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the Competent Authority seeking his transfer to a station of his choice, however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
