P GANGA RAMI REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in directing the Petitioner to attend the Police Station for the purpose of conducting enquiry at the instance of the 6th respondent in absence of any complaint by interfering with the civil dispute and thereby harassing the Petitioner is arbitrary, unreasonable and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere with the civil dispute pertaining to the Agricultural land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Sy.No.268/2B of Panagal Village, Srikalahasti Mandal, Chittoor District.” 2. Sri K.Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that based on the complaint given by Respondent No.6, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and that the Police have not interfered in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
