GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between Petitioner and others 2 on one hand and 5th Respondent on the other in respect of the dry land in Sy. No.1200/2 an extent of Ac. 2-10 cents situated in 90 Bandarlapalle Revenue Village in Ramakuppam, Chittoor District by forcing the Petitioner and others to surrender to the terms of 5th Respondent in handing over possession of the aforesaid land as illegal, arbitrary, wrongful, colourable and violative of principles of natural justice.” 2. Sri K.S.Gopala Krishnan, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
