The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the order dated 16.01.2025 and to release him on bail in Case Crime No.370/2024, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(1) BNS and Section 3(1) Da, 3(1) Dha, 3(2)5 Ka of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Jeanpur, District- Azamgarh. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellant. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellant filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court below. 5.
