The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein for stopping the payment of salaries to all staff members of Sherman Memorial Girls High School, Chittoor, Chittoor District, from the month of February, 2017 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the salaries to all staff members of Sherman Memorial Girls High School, Chittoor, Chittoor District from the month of February, 2017 onwards….”
2. On 01.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption „for dismissal’.
3. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption „for dismissal‟, none appeared for the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
